The extent of workload and corporate expectations of our Company Projects evolves in three stages. Below you can find short descriptions of recently completed projects:
 
Spreadshirt Project II: Partner Bonus System
(Company Project I)
 
 
Spreadshirt.net seeks to implement a added-value/incentive system for its own partner network. The incentive system is to reward partner activity. Example for a bonus reward system are payback or extrabonuscard.
Central Questions:
  • Which incentive system would yield positive reactions from the partners?
  • Which bonus systems exist for possible implementation within the company?
  • Which incentives or reward functions could be used?
  • What is to be kept in mind during the creation of a reward system?

Zanox Project: Differences of the German online market in comparison to other countries
(Company Projects II)
 
In order to provide improved market assessment, basic characteristics, such as traffic user demographics and instructure of the Canadian, Chinese, Russian, US American and German online markets were researched and compared. Particularly, aspects of the respective travel industry were researched in further detail, whereas country-specific uniquesses were analyzed and parallel trend developments to the German online travel market identified.
